**Als Marketing Solution Lead (m/w/d) sind Sie für alle Solutions (Projekte und Aktivitäten mit Vertriebler:innen und Patient:innen) in Österreich zuständig. Die Solutions können lokal im Land initiiert und implementiert werden oder als Teil der EU Strategie umgesetzt werden.**

**Ihre Hauptaufgaben in dieser Rolle**
- Austausch zwischen dem Team bzgl. verschiedener Projekte und Aktivitäten
- Lokalisierung zentral entwickelter EU Solutions und Umsetzung aller Aktion-Pläne und Werbematerialien in Zusammenarbeit mit den Stakeholdern der Area
- Entwicklung lokaler Solutions unter Einbeziehung der vor Ort relevanten Treiber
- Gewährleistung der Konsistenz bei der Erstellung und Implementierung von Solutions und Materialien in Bezug auf Strategie, Qualität, Kommunikation und Branding
- Durchführung von kommunikativen Initiativen in Zusammenhang mit dem Produkt (Digital & Print)
- Abstimmung mit dem Counterpart aus dem Medical Team, um die höchsten wissenschaftlichen Standards der in der Area eingesetzten Solutions sicherzustellen
- Unterstützung der Marketing Solution Lead bei der interdisziplinären Entwicklung des Patient Value Plans (PVP)
- Planung, Steuerung und Implementierung der einzelnen Taktiken des PVP durch; sei es Pre-Launch-, Launch
- der Post-Launch-Phase
- Zusammenarbeit mit dem verschiedenen lokalen Stakeholder außerhalb der Patient Value Unit, wie z.B. Regulatory, Legal, Supply, Customer Care, um eine erfolgreiche Projektumsetzung zu garantieren
- Erstellung und Überwachung von KPIs
- Koordination und Umsetzung von Datenanalysen
- Organisation von Kongressen und Events (auch in digitaler Form)

**Ihre Qualifikationen und Erfahrungen**
- Relevanter akademischer Hintergrund (naturwissenschaftlich oder betriebswirtschaftlich)
- + 5 Jahre Erfahrung in Marketing oder Produktmarketing Positionen im Gesundheitswesen, bevorzugt in der Pharmaindustrie
- Erste Führungserfahrung wünschenswert
- Erfahrung in der Arbeit in multidisziplinären Teams in einer Matrixorganisation
- Kenntnis geeigneter regulatorischer und Zugriffs
- / HTA-Richtlinien
- Business-Planung, Entwicklung und Durchführung strategischer und taktischer Pläne
- Ausgezeichnete schriftliche und verbale Kommunikation
- Projektmanagement und Projektsteuerung
- Erfahrung im Budget Management
- Fließende Deutsch
- sowie Englischkentnnisse
