**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Craft strategies for all Marketing teams, including Digital, Advertising, Communications, PR and Creative
- Design branding and positioning strategies
- Build the strategy and drive the execution of product launches and partnerships, including packaging and positioning
- Develop and implement a communication strategy with R&C partners and public communities
Analyse consumer behaviour and determine customer personas
- Work closely with Sales and Product Management Departments to support their needs in the communication field
- Work collaboratively across departments to ensure the implementation of integrated strategies
- Prepare and manage budgets for the Marketing department
- Focus on one-to-one communication with selected journalists to build up a closer relationship
- Establish priorities for the Marketing Team in order to meet deadlines

**Your profile**:
As Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for the supervision of the marketing team to achieve the marketing goals of RIDDLE&CODE. This position reports to the COO and provides guidance to the marketing department by evaluating and developing marketing / communication strategies, planning, and coordinating marketing efforts, communicating the marketing plans to those involved, and building awareness and positioning for the company's brands. You will work close with sales and product teams to develop a communication strategy for sales efforts and product launches that help the company to maximize profits and market share. You will also oversee organizing company conferences, trade shows, and major events.

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing or a similar field
- 5+ years of professional experience in the field of campaign management and marketing automation, ideally in an international B2B environment or in an agency with a technical understanding
- Team lead experience and a proven track record in leading people to exceed performance marketing targets, preferably in a B2B business
- Excellent communication in English with a strong focus on writing (German is a big plus)
- Capability to quickly understand requirements, think outside the box and provide creative solutions
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively in a dynamic environment
- Excellent creativity skills and motivation to learn more about blockchain technology
- Passion about working in a multinational team environment.

**Compensation**:
Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 44.646,00 gross per year on fulltime base. However, our compensation is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
