**Your role at RBI**:

- Improve sales journeys by finding ways how to optimize performance of lead generation strategies using historical data and analysing relevant data points
- Troubleshoot leaks in funnels and create robust processes to address dropouts
- Establish the process and identify opportunities for lead transfer to human channels and improve the conversion rates
- Manage funnel and follow-up automation and distribute content across several platforms with lead generation and lead conversion
- Use the information from campaigns to make recommendations for improvement based on individual data points

***Your core competencies**:

- Knowledge in using automation and funnel building software
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives with intertwining deadlines while staying focused on the details
- Experience with marketing automation software
- Great communicator - this role involves a lot of communication with many colleagues including our network banks, vendors and agencies in English
- Delivery oriented mindset and problem-solving skills
- Experience with A/B testing, experiment design, campaign analysis (attribution reporting is a plus)
- Experience with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and website integration with third-party tools

- Experience in agile methodology
- Knowledge of SEO
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Marketing Cloud Personalization
- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager
