**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Sie führen das lokale Marketing
- und Serviceteam sowie unser Grohe Live Center
- Sie verwalten und planen das lokale A&P Budget
- Sie verantworten die vielseitigen Marketing Themen wie Marketing Activation / Trade Marketing / Product Management / Media / PR / Messen / Events
- Sie analysieren den lokalen Markt und machen entsprechende Vorschläge
- Sie führen lokale Marketingaktivitäten in enger Abstimmung mit unserem Headquarter durch
- Sie arbeiten strategisch an der Weiterentwicklung des lokalen Marketingbereichs
- Sie bereiten Präsentationen und Reportings vor
- Sie arbeiten operativ und hands-on an Maßnahmen und Aktivitäten

**Ihr Profil**:

- Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes BWL Studium mit Schwerpunkt Marketing bzw. eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Sie haben bereits fundierte Praxiserfahrungen im Bereich Marketing in ähnlicher Position und können bereits Erfahrung in der Führung von Teams vorweisen
- Sie besitzen eine ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Sie zeichnen sich durch Ihr Durchsetzungsvermögen, Organisationstalent und analytisches Denkvermögen aus
- Sie besitzen gute Kenntnisse im MS Office
- Sie verfügen über gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
