**Your responsibilities at waterdrop®**:
- As a Product Development Manager (M/F/d) at waterdrop® you are responsible to drive all product development process related operations
- You report directly to the Global Senior Product Development Manager and are in continuous exchange with the in-house key players around purchasing, sales and customer communication to support them
- You are the direct contact to our suppliers and in charge of gathering all needed product information
- You manage the organization and coordination of the quality test reports for all new developed items (accessories) by TÜV SÜD
- You organize internal standard tests of samples (accessories and microdrinks), collect and process the data obtained, evaluate it and prepare reports
- You ensure structure and order by labelling all samples accordingly as well as storing them
- You are responsible for the accurate management of the product database in the ERP system on a daily basis
- You are in charge of the preparation of necessary customs documents after arrival (small express transport with samples)
**Your strengths and qualifications**:
- You have gained a minimum of 4 years experience in a similar role with a detailed understanding of production technologies, structure and testing
- You have a very good command of Excel and gained working experience with a common ERP-System
- You are observant with an affinity for numbers and have a good eye for detail as well as diligence
- You are a strong communicator and excellent in English as well as Russian, in written and in spoken form
- Your ability to prioritize as well as your structured and strategic working approach enables you to prosper in a fast paced, and results-oriented environment
- You are a self-driven and highly motivated team player, who is stress-resistant and used to meeting tight deadlines

**The minimum salary for this position is EUR 35.000 gross per year. Depending on your qualifications, there is the willingness for overpayment.**
