**Brief Call**: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you

**Interviews** (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities

**Case study**: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Your Role

**Business development & Account Management**
- Define the development strategy of your Business Unit and monitor its KPIs
- Strengthen existing partnerships with customers and develop new ones
- Plan, prepare and lead meetings with customers
- Prepare and lead qualification meetings between clients and your Business Unit consultants
- Plan regular project reviews and follow-up meetings, and ensure timely delivery of project reports
- Monitor your clients' activities to anticipate needs and win new projects

**Recruitment & Management**
- Participate in the recruitment and management of a team of consultants
- Accompany and monitor your team by developing the skills of each person
- Manage and anticipate inter-contract situations with adapted solutions
- Challenge and propose initiatives, existing processes and projects to be implemented

**Profit Management**
- Participate in the construction of the annual business plan and the objectives to be reached
- Manage the P&L of your business unit independently
- Provide advanced P&L analysis, identify potential problems and develop an action plan to optimize revenue and contribution margin
- Manage invoicing

- Master’s degree in Business or Engineering
- You speak German, English, any other language is a plus
- Interested in working in a demanding environment where excellence is the main driver
- Experienced in sales in the IT sector or in recruitment is a plus
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit, keen sense of communication, strength of conviction, leadership, and ability to identify talent and to develop skills to adapt to the local economy
