For our site in **Vienna, Austria**, we are looking to recruit a **Finance Project Analyst**

The **Finance Project Analyst **will support the lead Project Finance Manager in the various controlling task for the projects. He or she participates in the overall Project Management process and supports the Project Finance Manager.

**Your Role**:

- Support Project in the invoicing to the customer.
- Track the cash collected from the customer and track the overdue
- Maintain the records in various systems like SAP, G4, etc, and ensure that the numbers are reconciled and matching to the agreed financials with the project.
- Support Finance Project Manager in the Work Package Review by providing the data and preliminary analysis on the cost.
- Support FPM in the audit of the project (both stat and internal)
- Preparing the Monthly dashboards on the key performance indicators of the project.

**Competencies & Skills**:

- Bachelor/Master of Economics with a focus on Finance and business studies
- Good communicator with all levels of the organization
- Team player
- Experienced in Microsoft Office (especially Microsoft Excel) and SAP R/3
- English fluently, German language skills are an asset

**Details of the Volunteers for International Experience (VIE) program**:

- _Assignments are open for citizens of European Union countries between 18 and 28 years, who have fulfilled the military service obligations of their country_
- _A VIE assignment will be in a country other than that of the applicant_
- _Set up by public sector statute in France, managed by the Business France organization_
- _Assignment lasts from 6 to 24 months, renewable once within a cumulative limit of 24 months_
- _Compensation (non-taxable) linked to the cost of living index and set by Business France: 2 627,33 € in Austria_
- _International social protection is extended to eligible parties_
- _2.5 days of holiday per month_
