Unser Kunde Plant Republic GmbH ist ein auf vegane Lebensmittel spezialisiertes Unternehmen und Teil der Alfa Bio Gruppe. Plant Republic steht für Forschung und Weiterentwicklung pflanzlicher Proteinernährung, mit Schwerpunkt auf Bio und zertifizierte europäische Rohstoffe, nachvollziehbare Herkunft sowie Clean Label für eine optimale Versorgung des europäischen LEH. Das Start-up ist Teil einer stabil erfolgreichen Gruppe und baut am Standort in Wien sein Finance Team auf. Wir suchen für unseren Kunden eine unternehmerisch wie analytisch denkende Persönlichkeit für die Position

**Finance Planning and Business Analyst**

An der Seite des CFO sind Sie maßgebliche Unterstützung in der Abwicklung von Finanzprojekten (M&A etc.) und haben hier die Möglichkeit aus dieser Rolle weiter zu wachsen - so wie auch das Unternehmen stetig wächst - und in Zukunft Führungsrollen einzunehmen.

**Aufgaben**:
**Folgende Aufgaben sind mit dieser Position verbunden**:

- Unterstützung des CFO in der strategischen Unternehmensplanung durch Analysen mittels Excel-Business Plan Model von Guv, Cashflow und Bilanz
- Ad hoc Auswertungen sowie monatliches Reporting an die Geschäftsführung und den Konzern
- Überwachung von Geschäftszielen und KPIs zur strategischen Entscheidungsfindung
- Vorbereitung von Präsentationen für den CFO sowie für das Management der Unternehmensgruppe
- Unterstützung bei der Budget
- und Forecast Erstellung
- Unterstützung bei unterschiedlichen Projekten wie laufende Gründungen, geplante Akquisitionen, Aufbau einer Finanzabteilung in Österreich und Deutschland etc.

**Anforderungsprofil**:
**Folgende Kompetenzen bringen Sie mit**:

- Abgeschlossenes wirtschaftliches Studium - eine Spezialisierung auf den Bereich Controlling oder Bilanzierung ist von Vorteil
- Erste Berufserfahrung im Finanzbereich in einer stark analytischen Position
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Slowakisch Kenntnisse von Vorteil
- Ausgezeichnete Excel-Kenntnisse
- Sehr genauer und selbständiger, lösungsorientierter Arbeitsstil, Neugierde und analytisches Denkvermögen sowie ausgeprägte Zahlenaffinität
- Mit Ihrer kommunikativen Kompetenz und Ihrem unternehmerischen Denken liegt Ihnen das Stake Holder Management innerhalb der Unternehmensgruppe
- Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Europas
