- BILLA/Penny Central and Eastern Europe/Italy is part of the REWE International organization and manages REWE's supermarket and discount business in Bulgaria, Lithuania, Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania and Italy with around 2,300 stores and over 25,000 employees. As a member of our category management team, you will contribute significantly to the success of our international stores.**STELLENBESCHREIBUNG**:

- Contact person for the category management leadership in organizational matters
- Support of the category management executive staff with analyses and decision papers as well as reporting for the management of BILLA CEE
- Calculation of KPI-based processes such as category management budgets, price strategies and targets
- Preparation and evaluation of current analyses of the REWE merchandise management system, development of suggestions for improvement of the purchasing process
- Initiation, support and cooperation of cross-divisional and cross-company projects to optimize value-added processes
- Monitoring and control of raw material price development with special focus on CEE markets in the food, plastics and energy sectors
- Analysis and reporting of individual projects as well as support for problems in the operational area and in ongoing projects
- Coordination between the IT department of RIAG and the CEE countries regarding support requests and standard reports

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Completed high school graduation with relevant work experience and/or relevant studies
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel) and Power BI as well as above average general IT skills
- Excellent written and spoken English skills, German/Czech/Slovak/Bulgarian/Lithuanian is an advantage
- Strong communicative and social skills to win others over to a cause or project as well as self-confidence and persuasiveness in conflict situations
- High resilience, the ability to prioritize and the ability to think entrepreneurially, strategically and in a networked way
- Independent and responsible working style and joy of working in teams
- Readiness for continuous education and training in personal and professional areas
