Our Thermo Fisher Scientific HPLC business has been developing, manufacturing and marketing innovative High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) instruments for many years. We are currently recruiting for a

**(Senior) Market Intelligence Analyst (M/F/d)**

**Location**: Our site is located in Germering near Munich, Germany. This position is open to work remote in
EMEA, the East Coast US and Eastern Canada.

We are looking for an individual with passion, knowledge, and experience to join the HPLC Product, Management team. In this role you will help drive our strategy by generating and analyzing market and product data, extracting insights by connecting multiple data sets and by bringing our sales enablement to the next level by maintaining and improving the scope of our product data. **A day in Life**:

- Develop analytics that drives Product Management and Marketing decisions
- Develop dashboards that capture measures and key performance indicators, utilizing existing and new tools as the main business intelligence and dashboard tool
- Report on key metrics, analyze and interpret market, product, and business trends and provide actionable insights based on available analytics data
- Maintain and improve our product data in databases in ERP tools, enabling not only a seamless material flow but also eCommerce activities
- Maintain and elevate our sales enablement tools
Work with the IT department to ensure we are future-proofing our analytics platform. Review and provide requirements, feedback and suggestions for new technology stacks
- Work on strategic projects as assigned in connection with the Business Unit goals
- Travel worldwide for internal purposes at approximately 10% max. of time (for remote employees, additional travel time to the Germering site might be required)
**Keys to Success**:

- Several years experience in data analytics related to marketing activities and product data
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 Software, especially MS Excel and PowerBI, Knowledge in other software tools such as SAP, Tableau or CPQ is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written skills, including proficiency in the English language
- A natural team player, capable of cooperating successfully with cross-functional teams around the world
- Affinity to technical contexts, combined with strong critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- A highly structured and accurate working style
- Ability to prioritize, and work in a dynamic and evolving environment
- A strong sense of ownership of tasks and the ability to drive them to completion within agreed timelines
- Experience in analytical technologies such as HPLC is a plus
