**Market Intelligence Manager (f/m/d)**

**About you**

With your high pace and excellent service level you can manage multiple changing priorities and timelines while still being effective. You have strong analytical skills and can easily analyze global financial and operational data and reports to identify opportunities for our business. You understand master data concepts and know how to work and coordinate large amounts of data that lead to insights and actions. Strategic projects excite you. You are eager to actively push cross-functional projects forward and are keen on data driven tasks related to customer, markets, and competitor related data. Working together with colleagues on any organizational level is part of your basic routine. You will be located in Vienna.

In addition, you have:

- A relevant educational background (Business Administration/Economics or Technical Engineering with a commercial experience)
- Profound experience to lead Market Intelligence coordination, strategic initiatives, and business analysis
- Approx. 10 years working experience from international companies with global footprint or consulting (industrial environment beneficial, especially Metals & Mining)
- High interest in macroeconomic and industry main trends and analysis of market players and internal stakeholders
- Experienced in project-based working and ability to drive corporate initiatives independently
- Knowledge about IT systems which are relevant to build a state-of-the-art Market Intelligence data base and knowledge Management systems (e.g., SQL, MS-PowerApps, AI-based market insight generation)
- Fluency in writing and speaking English; Other languages will be considered as an asset

**About the job**
As the groupwide Market Intelligence Manager, you will act as a Business Partner for our Senior Management. You will be supporting different Business Units with Market Insights topics and driving the coordination within the different regional Market Intelligence teams. Finally, you will consolidate regional initiatives and initiate process best practices.

Your tasks will include:

- Build a governance model for all Market Intelligence activities across functions and regions
- Improve the market intelligence data collection, content, and process
- Provide state-of the art IT landscape, supporting a single-point-of-truth database and reporting
- Investigate and prioritize internal and external key information (e.g., Steel production levels, Competitor dynamics, Raw Material and Supplier trends)
- Communicate and spread insights within the whole company up to C-level
- Propose recommendations into actions to capitalize on business opportunities

According to your previous experience and qualifications and in keeping with the market the annual gross salary will start from € 70.000 (full time basis). We value your expertise and are permanently aware of market references to design attractive packages.
