About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our Regional Directors Office in Vienna, Austria. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is passionate about driving business growth and strategic projects across the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Regional Director to support business growth and strategic projects, identifying new opportunities and trends, and informing decision-making.
  • Conduct detailed market research and data analysis to support business development, using tools like PowerBI to compile reports and provide data-driven insights.
  • Assist in coordinating cross-departmental projects, tracking milestones, and aligning outcomes with company objectives.
  • Provide high-level administrative assistance to the Regional Director, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
  • Serve as a key liaison with internal teams and external partners, ensuring efficient communication and project alignment.
Requirements
  • A hands-on, solution-oriented approach with a strong problem-solving mindset.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and excellent at managing time effectively.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maturity.
  • Flexible and capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities under time constraints.
  • University degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English and German; additional languages are an asset.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical skills with a passion for technology and data-driven insights.
