Business Analyst for Client Lifecycle Management

About the Role:
- We're looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst with a strong analytical mindset to support our Client Lifecycle Management unit. You will be responsible for analyzing business needs, identifying process improvements, and developing solutions to enhance client experiences.
- You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and technology, to ensure seamless integration and effective communication.
- As a Business Analyst, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service, and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in a business analyst role, preferably in financial services
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
