**Our business**

**Your role**:

- Accountability for the LEAR role (Legal Entitiy Appointed Representative)
- Identifying and pursue public funding opportunities (national and international) that align with the organization's mission and strategic priorities
- Building and maintaining relationships with government agencies, foundations, and other funding sources
- Collaborating with project staff to ensure that proposals are aligned with project goals and objectives - monitoring the progress of funded projects, including ensuring compliance with reporting requirements and providing timely updates to funders

**Your profile**:

- Master's degree in fields such as public policy, nonprofit management, finance or similar
- At least 12 years of relevant professional experience
- Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to identify and evaluate funding opportunities and develop effective grant proposals.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Knowledge of public funding regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent English language skills
