Since our company continues to grow, we are now hiring for our team:
**Your new challenges which will inspire you**:

- Strategic purchasing and devise long-term development strategies in pharma production business
- Sustainable optimization of supplier portfolio and further development of supplier relationship man-agement
- Support the design and implementation of the appropriate strategies groupwide in close collabora-tion with Regional/Local Procurement Leads
- Leading negotiation in an international context and setting up global agreements for long term de-velopment
- Develop and deliver sourcing reports for your categories
- Responsible for the procurement risk management to ensure sustainable supply continuity
**Your profile that will convince us**:

- University degree in engineering or similar
- At least 3 years of experience in strategic purchasing
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Very good project management skills
- Fluent in English and German language skills
- Skills in pharma business and GxP working environment preferable
- Excellent team coordination and communication skills
- Perseverance, strategic thinking skills and a hands-on mentality
