**Wien - Manager Logistics & Projects (m/w/d)**:
**Das ist Ihr Aufgabengebiet**:

- Fachliche & disziplinäre Führung des zentralen Transport-Management-Team
- Optimierung und Standardisierung der Logistikprozesse aus gesamtheitlicher Sicht sowie Entwicklung einer „State of the Art“ Transport
- und Lagerlogistik durch digitale Lösungen
- Sicherstellung der Messbarkeit von Logistikzielen sowie Erstellung von Ad-hoc-, Benchmark-Analysen sowie Reports
- Beitrag zur Erfüllung der Unternehmensziele durch die Sicherstellung einer effektiven & effizienten Disposition
- Proaktiver Austausch mit internationalen Kollegen, zentralen Fachbereichen und Vertriebsstandorten
- Leitung und aktive Mitarbeit an Projekten in einer agilen Projektorganisation

**Das wünschen wir uns**:

- Betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder eine vergleichbare kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Transport
- und Lagerlogistik
- Erfahrung im Aufbau sowie in der Führung von Teams
- Erfahrung mit JDE-E1 und EuroTracs bzw. vergleichbaren Systemen von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und gute Englischkenntnisse
- Erfahrung in einem projektorientierten Arbeitsumfeld
- Zielorientierung, Durchsetzungsstärke und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Der Wunsch und das Interesse Veränderungen voranzutreiben
