For our European headquarters in Innsbruck we are looking for a:
**SEASONAL PRODUCT SERVICE COORDINATOR**

**October 22 - June 23**

**(M/F/d)**

**THE PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS POSITION ARE**:

- Manage product claims in cooperation with our Customer Success Team
- Manage product claims with direct customer contact by telephone and/or in writing
- Warehouse organization and assisting with product repairs
- Responsible for spare part orders from order acceptance to dispatch
- Packaging and shipping of products and spare parts
- Responding to specific inquiries by end user and providing them with a professional and high quality customer service
- Assist in shop product claims

**ESSENTIALS FOR THIS ROLE ARE**:

- Hands-on attitude
- Sustainability focused
- Fluent in German and English, additional language skills are a plus
- Good MS-office knowledge, experience working with SAP is a plus
- Well organized, time efficient and multi-tasking ability
- Craftsmanship for repairs and technical understanding
- Strong understanding of the snowboard & outdoor sports industry and related products
- A positive attitude, detail-oriented and capability to work independently while maintaining a "team and customer first" mindset
