**Dein Aufgabenbereich**:

- Engagiert wirkst du in mobilen Automatisierungsprojekten für die Produkte unseres Kunden A-MATE und LiftLiner mit.
- Mit deinem technischen Know-How managest du die Anliegen des Kunden mit links.
- Du bedienst hierbei effektiv das Kundenticketsystem und supportest die Kundenanfragen erfolgreich.
- Du bist sozusagen der verlängerte Arm des Support Teams im osteuropäischen Raum.
- Unser Kunde wächst Du schaust gerne über den Tellerrand, und bist bei einem Teamwachstum einer späteren Teamleiterfunktion gegenüber nicht abgeneigt.
- Anfänglich arbeitest du zu 100% im Homeoffice und wirst deine ganze Power in den Kundensupport stecken, eine spätere Einsatzmöglichkeit beim Kunden vor Ort ist hierbei nicht ausgeschlossen.

**Womit begeisterst du**:

- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes technisches Studium der Automatisierungstechnik, Mechatronik oder Elektronik oder eine abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung (z.B. Mechatroniker:in, Kfz
- Mechatroniker:in, Elektroniker:in) mit einer Weiterbildung zum/zur staatlich geprüften Techniker:in im Gepäck.
- Du arbeitest gerne im Homeoffice und Selbstorganisation und Struktur zählen hierbei zu deinen Standards.
- Gleichzeitig scheut es dich nicht, unterwegs zu sein und die Herausforderungen bei dem Kunden direkt vor Ort zu lösen.
- Dein Servicegedanke und deine Kommunikationsfähigkeit lassen dich mit Leichtigkeit jeden Kunden händeln und machen dich zum absoluten Teamplayer.
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden dein Profil ab.
