**Process Architect (M/F/d)**

**About you**

We are looking for a person focused on holistic business process management and process architecture for an international enterprise group

Interests:

- Business Process Management (BPM) and primarily process architecture design and process modeling
- BPM Methods, Frameworks and Tools
- Processes, roles and responsibilities

Education
- Minimum: successful graduation of a technical or economical secondary school (HTL, HAK)
- Beneficial: successful graduation of a technical or economical college or university (e.g.: bachelor)
- Beneficial: successful participation in business process management and process modeling related courses

Knowledge
- Minimum: _advanced_ knowledge in BPMN 2.0 with minimum 3 years experience
- Minimum: _advanced_ knowledge in at least 2 of the process areas (e.g.: IT, Purchase-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report)
- Minimum: _basic_ knowledge in Information Technology
- Minimum: _basic_ knowledge in business process management terms and methods (e.g.: definition of a process, process related roles, RACI model) and project management
- Beneficial: any knowledge in (organizational) change management

Experience
- Minimum: 3 years in business process management using the BPMN 2.0 (e.g. as a process architect, process developer, process manager)
- Beneficial: Signavio suit

Language skills
- Minimum: fluent English (level C1 or higher)
- Beneficial: German (level B1 or higher), any other language (e.g.: Portuguese)

Personal skills
- ability to work self-reliant
- very good language skills (verbally and in written), and communication and presentation skills
- very good ability to create guiding documents (graphically and in written)
- Very good training skills
- highly collaborative, good ability to work with teams
- very good analytic and abstraction skills, and very good ability to detect and define structures

**About the job**
As a Process Architect, you will get familiar with mission and business strategy of the enterprise group, support the development of the enterprise process architecture, support the Global Process Owners and Experts to design and further develop the architecture of their process areas and provide trainings and hands-on support to build up process architectures and process models.

As a Process Architect you will be also responsible to support the improvement and implementation of corporate BPM methods and standards as well as driving the assessment and improvement of business process maturity of the process areas.

According to the Austrian labor law we are obligated to state that the monthly gross salary according to collective agreement starts from € 3.093,91 (full time basis).
