**The location of the role is in: Vienna**

**About the job**

In this role you will support the Head of Investor Relations in delivering the Investor Relations programme within RHI Magnesita, a FTSE 250 company in the Industrials sector. You will liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including shareholders, investors, research analysts and advisers, to ensure that target audiences understand the Group’s investment case. In addition, you will keep senior management informed of external views on the company’s strategy and performance. In this position you will travel internationally to London and other global financial centers, up to approx. 10% of your working time.

**In addition, your tasks will include**
- Managing the annual investor relations programme, including investor conferences, roadshows, site visits and similar events
- Project management of the preparation of the Group’s full year and half yearly financial results and the Annual Report and accounts
- Preparing presentations for the Board, Audit Committee, other Board Committees and the Executive Management Team, as well as attending these meetings and presenting as a delegate of the Head of Investor Relations if necessary
- Closely liaising with internal teams including the Communications, Sustainability, Strategy, M&A, and Regional Management teams

**What we expect from you in terms of**

**Education & Skills**
- A bachelor’s degree in finance
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Profound working knowledge of financial markets, accounting, financial reporting, valuation, financial modelling and corporate governance

**Languages**
- English - fluent, both speaking and in writing. High level of fluency required, produced written text must be ready for publication in key documents, such as the Annual Report and Accounts

**Work Experience**
- Several years of work experience in relevant investment banking, corporate banking, equity research, equity sales and trading, investment management, accounting and finance, treasury, strategy, M&A, company secretarial, financial communications, stock exchange/regulatory or similar roles

The annual gross salary for this position will start from € 90.000,00 on a full-time basis, depending on your qualification and experience, as well as the amount of overtime and your level of seniority. We will make sure to offer you a competitive salary package that values your relevant background and that’s in line with market values.
