**We are looking to expand our team and are hiring an Investor Relations Analyst**

**About the Position**

As an Investor Relations Analyst you will work within our larger Investor Relations (IR) team and support on all legal and regulatory IR Tasks, therefore forming an essential part of the fund’s business and overall success. You will work closely with, and be the interface between, our Investors, external legal advisors, investment managers and the finance team. You will be part of a team of currently 4, to grow to 6, and will support (primarily) on the legal and operational side of day-to-day relations with our Investors - helping us in creating a best-in-class Investor Experience.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Supporting the new investor onboarding process by ensuring the necessary documents are executed and filed according to internal processes
- Supporting investors with any legal changes relating to their investment, and liaising with external legal advisors where necessary
- Support in the set-up, running and management of new Investment Vehicles (SPVs) as and when needed, focusing on the Investor experience throughout
- Performing due diligence on new Clients, requesting KYC information, documentation, review and verification of received documentation
- Liaise with external legal advisors when legal changes to the fund need to occur
- Support in managing the bi-annual circular resolutions process with Investors
- Evaluate existing Investors according to newly established policies and procedures periodically
- Manage investor data and transactions in our CRM system
- Transaction monitoring: Have a thorough understanding of Investors’ business and related parties in order to monitor Investors’ activities for unusual transactions
- Communicate effectively and efficiently with relevant internal and external stakeholders
**Your qualifications and skills**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in law, business or economics
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience in a fast-paced work environment such as a law or audit firm, in venture capital or an investment fund
- Passionate about regulatory and legal concepts
- Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail
- Strong organisational and prioritisations skills, with a high degree of flexibility to adjust to last-minute updates or changes
- Desire to work in a dynamic, fast-paced and entrepreneurial organization
- Natural at establishing relationships with different stakeholders and working with cross-functional and distributed teams
- Dedicated work ethic, proactive attitude and commitment to a goal-oriented environment
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel with an interest to learn new tools (e.g. Notion)
- Fluency in German and English

According to Austrian law, we are required to state a minimum salary for this position. The expected minimum monthly salary is EUR 40,000.00 gross annually. However, the final salary will be a competitive package based on previous work experience, hence there is a willingness to overpay.
