**To support our HR Processes & Systems team we are searching for immediate appointment**:
**HR Analyst (f/m/d)**

Your Tasks
- Collecting, Structuring, Analyzing and Reporting of HR and workforce data as well as HR processes and HR systems metrics
- Development and creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, report templates, and management presentations
- Management, implementation, and further development of HR non-financial data reporting
- Participation in the annual report creation, preparation of HR data for use in investor relations
- Global maintenance of HR data integrity by ensuring the accuracy and consistency of input data, establishing data governance processes
- Participation in the Corporate HRIS implementation and HR systems rollout projects with focus on reporting and data analytics

Your Profile
- University degree in Economics/Business Administration/Social Sciences with focus on HR-Management
- At least 2 years of professional experience as an HR Specialist/HR Controller/HR Analyst in a multinational environment
- Experience in handling large amounts of data, with data visualization and graphical representation of complex numeric data
- Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Power Point and in-depth Excel skills
- Analytical skills with high affinity for numbers and readiness to go into detail, structed work approach
- Interested in ESG topics
- Excellent written and oral command of English, German skills are a nice-to-have
- Experience with an HRIS is an advantage
- Hands-On Mentality, positive attitude, and emotional resilience

Our Offer
