We are looking for Team Lead Quality Management R&D (f/m/d) for the Location Köstendorf.

In this role you are part of the local Quality Management team of the Loader Crane product line.
You will report directly to the Head of Quality Management Product Line Loader Crane (PLQM).
The job holder leads the quality circle in his product line, coordinates market activities, initiates, and monitors corrective measures across the entire process chain and manages FMEAs in cooperation with the specialist departments.

**YOUR TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- You set standards in the development of product and process improvement in agreement and coordination with the global PLQM.
- You take over the quality project manager role for all quality activities (e.g. FMEA moderation) in PDP projects.
- You review the deliverables of all stakeholders for each PDP gate (deputy of the gate keeper function).
- You are leading and moderating international quality circles and tracking quality KPI’s.
- For the customer claims, you track all the team activities by using the 8D Problem Solving method supported by the PAL-Q software.

**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Technical education (TU/FH/HTL) in the field of mechanical engineering, mechatronics or similar
- Several years of relevant professional experience in quality management and preferably also in technology/R&D, production, or project management
- Preferably certified qualification in the field of quality & process management, representative QMB or higher and lead auditor (QM systems / VDA 6.3 or similar)
- Confident in dealing with external auditors, customers, suppliers and design quality development tools in the product development process (PDP)
- You are an expert in FMEA/ control plan moderation and an expert for the 8D problem solving method.
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, is an advantage
- Ability in leading agile teams in a matrix organization with high level of initiative and flexibility
- Analytical, entrepreneurial thinking and organizational skills
- Readiness to travel
