Ihre Herausforderung

Steuerung der Produktkalkulation in Bezug auf Kapazitätsplanung, Kostenstellenrechnung, Innenaufträge, Tarife und Arbeitspläne sowie die Produktkostenentwicklung

Steuerung und Kontrolle aller investiven (finanziellen) Aktivitäten sowie der Planung von Einzelpositionen, Folgeprozessen und Genehmigungsverfahren

Erstellen, Pflegen und Überwachen der Kennzahlen im Zuständigkeitsbereich

Verbesserung der finanziellen Leistung, wenn das Geschäft nicht planmäßig verläuft, Erstellung von Finanzprognosen und Analyse der Ergebnisse

Bewertung der Branchen-, Wirtschafts-, Finanz
- und Markttrends (z. B. Einnahmen, Ausgaben, Kosten, Preise, Investitionen, Cashflow, Gewinne, Arbeitsmarkttrends, Inflation, Zinssätze und Wechselkurse) zur Prognose der kurz-, mittel
- und langfristigen Finanz
- und Wettbewerbsposition von M+H

Controlling der Vertriebsorganisation inkl. Preisgestaltung (LTAs, Einsparungen im laufenden Geschäft, Boni)

Kontrolle der Lieferantenverträge und Verknüpfung der Auswirkungen mit der GuV

Verstehen, berichten und prognostizieren/planen von Materialpreisentwicklungen, um eine P&L abzuleiten

Steuerung und Kontrolle aller Produktionsbereiche im Hinblick auf Effizienz und Produktivität

Ihr Profil

Hochschulabschluss in Betriebswirtschaft, Finanzen oder einem anderen relevanten Ausbildungsbereich mit Spezialisierung auf Controlling

5-7 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung, vorzugsweise in der Fertigungsindustrie

**Kompetenzen**: Geschäftssinn, Prioritätensetzung, Konfliktmanagement, Streben nach Ergebnissen, Entscheidungsqualität, Aufbau effektiver Teams, Motivation anderer

Sehr gute SAP (S4/HANA bevorzugt) und MS Office Kenntnisse
