**Your responsibilities**:

- Plan, develop and implement strategies for recruitment, communication, marketing and P&R activities
- Plan, develop, and implement online and offline content and marketing strategies
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials (i.e., brochures, give-away articles, etc.)
- Provide branding and marketing support for in-house and external events
- Manage the MU brand online and for the different university locations (at present Vienna and Nanjing)
- Manage MU’s platforms, channels, and systems in collaboration with and supported by external suppliers
- Define and lead the implementation of optimization strategies for MU’s platforms, i.e., website, SEO, etc.
- Develop recruitment strategies to target high quality leads, with a view on optimizing resources, and oversee its implementation
- Plan and oversee the organization of recruitment activities (i.e., university tours, information evenings, open days, high school visits, fairs, agents’ events, etc.)
- Plan and oversee the implementation of a coordinated P&R strategy, including press releases, media packages, etc.
- Oversee the delivery of reports on agreed KPIs related to marketing and the customer journey, and market analyses to benchmark MUV and its activities
- Manage relations and contracts with third-party suppliers
- Manage and actively shape MU’s profile in strategic networks (e.g. EUC, CIS, OACAC, etc.), build and extend meaningful relationships with multiplicators
- Supervise and lead the Marketing, Student Recruitment & Admissions Office
- Manage the budget for Marketing, Student Recruitment & Admissions

**Your profile**:

- University degree or equivalent.
- A minimum of five years full-time relevant work experience, preferably in higher education or familiarity with a university environment.
- Experience in leading and developing a team, ideally in marketing and communications
- Experience in managing marketing, communications and P&R
- Strong organizational skills, proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and multitask.
- Proactive, agile and engaged attitude with a business & results-driven mindset.
- Effective planning and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (at C-level) are a must and German are an asset.
- IT affinity and excellent knowledge of MS office; knowledge in graphic design programs useful
- Valid work permit in Austria.
