**Job Title: German-speaking Recruiter**

**Reporting To: Talent Acquisition Leader, EMEA South**

**Location: UK or Austria or Hungary or Bulgaria**

**Language Requirements: Fluent English & German Language skills are essential**

**How will you make an impact?**

Working within a fun, supportive and driven international team, you’ll be responsible for recruiting a wide variety of roles for our sites in Switzerland including manufacturing, operations, commercial, leadership & corporate positions.

**What will you do?**
- Partner with Hiring Managers and Field HR partners to lead the recruitment process for active open positions.
- Conducting recruitment strategy meetings with hiring manager
- Developing and leading the recruitment sourcing strategy
- Proactively sourcing talent
- Facilitating debrief meetings
- Coordinating offer approvals and extending offers
- Building Talent Pipelines
- Actively utilise TA technology to promote our opportunities, Employer Brand & EVP
- Partner closely with Hiring Managers and Field HR throughout the process
- Participate in projects as needed

**How will you get here?**

**Education**
- Bachelors Degree in Business, Science, Human Resources, or equivalent

**Experience**
- Experience working in a professional environment within an internal international recruitment function
- Experience recruiting diverse positions by function / seniority etc

**Knowledge, Skills, Abilities**
- Strong preference for someone with background recruiting in the Science Industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Problem solving and time management skills
- The ability to work independently, and negotiation skills
