**Contract Manager (m/w/d)**
Vollzeit (38,5 Stunden)
Option auf Home-Office

**DEINE ROLLE**:

- Selbstständige Erfassung von Stammdaten und Verträgen (insb. von Hotel-, Flug-, Schiffs
- und Ticketverträgen) im hauseigenen Reservierungssystem
- Kontrolle der Booklets auf Vollständigkeit und Korrektheit
- Testbuchungen und Kontrolle der Angebote vor Online-Schaltung
- Erfassung und Bearbeitung von nachträglichen Produktanpassungen
- Bearbeitung von Rückfragen mit entsprechender abteilungsübergreifender Kommunikation & Zusammenarbeit
- Aktive Mithilfe im Team

**DEINE STÄRKEN**:

- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung (HGA-Lehre, Bürokauffrau/-kaufmann-Lehre, Tourismusschule bzw. Berufsbildende Höhere Schule oder Kolleg wünschenswert)
- Idealerweise erste touristische Berufserfahrung (gerne aber auch Schulabgänger)
- Team
- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit, hohe Service
- bzw. Kundenorientierung sowie Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Organisationstalent, selbstständiger Arbeitsstil und Problemlösungskompetenz
- Belastbarkeit, Genauigkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Gutes Zahlenverständnis sowie analytische Fähigkeiten
- Engagement für gemeinsame Ziele
- Sehr gute MS-Office
- und Sprachen-Kenntnisse (zumindest Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift)
