**Stellenbeschreibung**
- Du bist Teil des Strategy & Insights Teams im Marketing und in deiner Rolle verantwortlich für die Kommunikation und Ausrichtung der Value Plattformen für McDonald’s Österreich, zum Beispiel Nice Price Menü. Hierzu gehört die eigenständige Leitung von 360° Marketing-Projekten unter Berücksichtigung des gesamten Marketing-Mixes sowie der strategischen Ausrichtung der Marke.
- Du leitest die Kommunikation und Abstimmung mit unseren Kreativ
- & Media-Agenturen bei der Konzeption, Planung und Umsetzung von Werbekampagnen und Werbemitteln (ATL & BTL) für Value Kampagnen.
- Du erstellst Analysen und Auswertungen, regelmäßige Reportings und KPI-Trackings (Business
- & Kampagnen-Analysen) inkl. Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen für den gesamten Value Bereich.
- Du unterstützt bei der strategischen Ausrichtung und Definition des Geschäftstreibers Value mit holistischem Blick auf den Gesamtkontext von McDonald’s Österreich in enger Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Stakeholdern.
- Zu deinen Aufgaben gehört auch die Aufbereitung von Präsentationen für interne und externe Stakeholder.

**Qualifikationen**
- Abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Marketing und/oder Kommunikation
- 1-2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position
- Analytische Fähigkeiten für die Durchführung von tiefgreifenden Business
- und Kampagnen-Analysen und Zusammenfassungen
- Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und effektive Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Stakeholdern
- Du verfügst über Projekt Management Skills, bist ein:e Team Player:in und kannst auch mehrere Projekte gleichzeitig abwickeln, ohne den Blick für das große Ganze zu verlieren
- Motivierte, eigenständige und selbstbewusste Persönlichkeit mit Begeisterung für die Marke McDonald‘s
- Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch & Englisch
