**#yourmission**:

- Die nachhaltige Behebung von software
- und steuerungstechnischen Problemen unserer Anlagen im Rahmen des Problemmanagements (nach ITIL) gehört zu deinem Aufgabengebiet
- Du priorisierst das Problem nach Abstimmung mit dem Kunden, führst tiefere Analysen durch und leitest die Lösung desselben in die Wege
- Sowohl die Koordination der Probleme mit den entsprechenden internen Stellen als auch das Koordinieren von Release
- bzw. Bugfixeinspielungen zählt zu deinen Aufgaben
- Du betreust unsere Kunden weltweit und führst regelmäßige Kundenmeetings (vor Ort oder telefonisch) durch

- Du hast Berufserfahrung im Umgang mit Betriebssystemen (Windows, Unix) und/oder Datenbankerfahrung in Oracle und PL/SQL
- Du bist belastbar und ein ausgesprochenes Organisationstalent
- Du bist bereit, Überstunden außerhalb der Normalarbeitszeit zu leisten
- Deutsch und Englisch beherrschst du in Wort und Schrift (B 2 Niveau)
- Kommunikationsstärke, Initiative und Ideenreichtum zählen zu deinen Stärken
- Eine Reisebereitschaft in geringem Ausmaß (ca.10%) ist gegeben
