OMV operates around 1,700 filling stations in eight European countries. In the Energy segment, OMV explores and produces oil and gas in the four core regions of Central and Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa, North Sea, and Asia-Pacific. Average daily production in 2022 amounted to 392 kboe/d. Its activities also include the Low Carbon Business as well as the entire gas business.- Our businessYour tasks
- Supporting the Product
- and Service-Quality through the entire supply chain.
- Providing and alignment of all relevant Airline customers tender documents (Liability-, training
- and insurance-certificates from own organisation as from JV's and 3rd party contractors).
- Support of Aviation KAM in negotiating customer requirements which are deviations from IATA/OMV standard.
- Supplying all the operation related key numbers as basis for the product offer.
- Collect, check and distribute all operation relevant fees from airports, ITP-, tankfarm
- and other service-providers incl. regularly (generally yearly) adjustments and maintain them in our filing system.
- Processing all Joint-Venture documents. Check and approve invoices from ITP-service providers.
- Prepare for release and signature within OMV of annual financial statements, resolutions for financial transactions and related topics. File of these documents.

**Profile**:

- You have a Master Degree in Economic or IT.
- You have minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience in Aviation.
- Significant experience in Back-Office.
- You speak fluent German and English.
