**TEAM**

The Austrian AOC team is managed by the Accountable manager. This team handles various roles and responsibilities, such as Aviation Safety and Security, which focuses on all Regulation and Compliance issues for safety and security matters concerning the Austrian AOC. They also travel to different locations, briefing third-party security teams and evaluating existing security measures. They work closely with the UK based Safety, Security and Compliance teams, particularly the Security Team.

**What you'll be doing**

In this role, you will contribute to the maintenance of the easyJet Air Carrier Security Programme (ACSP) for the three AOCs, ensuring compliance with Austrian requirements and controlled distribution. You will assist in maintaining security-related sections of easyJet Manuals, particularly focusing on Austrian compliance. Providing support and advice on aviation security regulations, requirements, and incidents to various company departments will be part of your responsibilities. Regular audits of external suppliers will be conducted to ensure compliance with relevant regulations. You will also coordinate with the SS&C Security Team to carry out aviation security audits and inspections. Managing security inspection and audit reports from National Competent Authorities, overseeing additional security measures for specific flights, and establishing effective liaisons with Austrian Aviation Authorities and non-Austrian National Aviation Security bodies are key aspects of the role. Your participation in Austrian aviation security activities and representation of easyJet at meetings and seminars on aviation security issues will be required as directed.

**What you'll bring to the team**

In joining the team, you will bring excellent communication skills, enabling you to effectively deliver aviation security guidance and decisions to all levels of easyJet staff. Your strong report writing skills and good negotiation abilities will contribute to the team's success. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and presentation skills will aid in your day-to-day tasks. Ideally, you would have attended an Aviation Security Managers course and possess a security clearance. A detailed working knowledge of ICAO and EU Aviation Security requirements and legislation is essential. Your confidence in making operational decisions under pressure will be valuable. You should have a flexible approach to travel and be comfortable with regularly working anti-social hours. Fluency in written and oral German and English is required for effective communication
