At our production site in Pasching with approx. 250 employees, we produce cell culture media in liquid and powder form for the biopharmaceutical industry.

We are looking for a highly motivated **Supply Planning Team Lead (M/F/d)** to lead the team of buyers and planners. Do you have a passion for Supply Chain Management? Then we would love to hear from you.

**What you'll do**

Leading the team of buyers and planners, you are in a key position to ensure:

- components are available on time for the production process
- the production plans enable the plant optimize capacity utilization
- customers can get the quality of products according to agreed specifications
- your team is highly motivated despite external noise systematically disrupting the plan
- short-, mid
- and long term plans are kept up to date in agreed takt
- processes are adhered to or updated, but systematically improved
- data is clean and clear
- your personality and negotiation tactics motivate internal stakeholders (Sales, Customer service, Production, Warehousing & Logistics, QA, QC) to enable your success.

**Who you are**
- Bachelor’s degree with minimum 3 years’ experience Supply Chain / Demand Planning or related field
- Working with numbers makes you happy, excel has no secrets to you
- You understand the basic processes of the industry
- You understand the importance of quality for saving lives
- You are analytically strong and quickly create order when chaos occurs
- You understand people and their cultural backgrounds are different and that’s a strength
- You have international experience (work or study)
- Working and communicating in and with an international team makes you shine
- Oracle or SAP MRP knowledge are very beneficial
- Fluent in English and German

The salary for this position is approx. € 60.000 p.a. gross (full-time), the actual salary depends on qualifications and work experience.
