**About AbbVie**
The PTP Financial Analyst is responsible for processing of incoming invoices, transactions in SAP and analysing financial reports.

In addition there are related RTR and compliance activities such as preparation of PO accruals and Intercompany recharges as well as conducting of affiliate driven compliance checks.
- Contact person for questions about invoices and payments from external and internal business partners.
- Handling of Incoming Invoices and payment requests (ACRs)
- Manage Quarter End and Year End Process for Purchase Order Accruals, prepare accruals
- Training of new employees on SAP/SRM and PTP in general,
- Update training doSRM Guide, Responsible for SAP authorization concept
- Close PO´s: Drag PO list from SAP
- Monthly Closing: PO Accruals
- Reports to OeNB and Statistik Austria, Create Shopping Carts
- OEC Monitoring - Collaboration in compliance monitoring
- Attaché Pro/Edit Policies
- Coordinate Processes with Shared Service Centers e.g. Invoice Resolution, Vendor Master Team
- Back up for Vendor Master Data, incl new vendor requests and up dates
- Dashboards on demand
- Creation of various financial reports from SAP
- Project support in the context of a company-wide SAP implementation, for example in the development and implementation of internal processes, payment matrix or taxonomy of product categories and GL accounts
- Creation and processing of internal company order processes in SAP
- Responsible for Accounts Payable processing and settlement, as well as preparations for the month-end closing
- Ad hoc reports and evaluation of purchasing reports
- Maintenance of the Storage System for Invoices and Receipts
- PreparationIntercompany Billing
- Support of the finance team in various projects

**Qualifications**
- Finialised commercial education (e.g. HAK, FH, BA)5 years of professional experience
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Excel and SAP
- Affinity for numbers, strong analytical skills and very good comprehension skills
- Very good knowledge of English
- Interest in new Systems and Tools
- Very good English knowledge
- Team player with strong communication skills and service orientation
- Pricise, efficient and reliable way of working as well as high level of service orientation
- Motivated team player with a friendly and open manner
- Joy in the development of new paths and pioneering spirit
