Du bist die verlässliche Drehscheibe zwischen Kund:innen, Kreation und

Client Management - ausgestattet mit Weitsicht, unternehmerischem Denken,
Argumentationsstärke sowie Kunden
- und Marktverständnis.

**Welche Aufgaben erwarten dich?**
- Verantwortung des Bestandskundenmanagements und inhaltliche Führung eines

Großetats
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit CD und Executive CD bei Markenführung und

Kampagnenentwicklung
- Organisatorische und fachliche Führung eines kleinen Teams
- Überwachung sowie Steuerung der Kund:innenzufriedenheit
- Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung der bestehenden Standards und Prozesse
- Budgetverantwortung, Erstellung von Forecasts
- Direktes Reporting an den Client Service Director oder die Geschäftsleitung

**Was bringst du mit?**
- Du hast mindestens 5 Jahre Agenturerfahrung
- Du hast bereits produktionsintensive Kampagnen (360° = Bewegtbild/TV, OOH,

Digital, Social Media) betreut und umgesetzt
- Du kennst die relevanten Trends, Themen und Herausforderungen der

Kommunikationsbranche
- Du hast idealerweise bereits erste Erfahrungen im Segment der Finanzdienstleistung

gesammelt
- Du bist beratungsstark, kund:innenorientiert und bringst sehr gute strategische und

analytische Fähigkeiten mit
- Du hast ein hohes Maß an Verhandlungsgeschick und Leistungsbereitschaft sowie

starke Kommunikations
- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
- Du hast eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit der ausgeprägten Fähigkeit, Prioritäten

zu setzen

Wir richten uns nach dem Kollektivvertrag für Werbung und Marktkommunikation.
Für diese Position beträgt das Bruttojahresgehalt mindestens 44.800 Euro.

Wir sind gerne bereit, je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung mit dir in einem
persönlichen Gespräch das passende Gehalt zu ermitteln, und haben für diese Position

rund 50.000 bis 65.000 Euro budgetiert.
