**Are you characterized by your organized and structured way of working?**

Assist the Global Head of Legal for Marketing, Media and Data Privacy in all organizational and administrative matters and become our strong organizational backbone to the legal department. Your varied role includes travel planning, organizing meetings and workshops and coordinating internal topics, reporting, knowledge sharing and its information flow.

**SUPPORT OF GLOBAL HEAD OF LEGAL AND BACKOFFICE**

In this role, you’ll support the Global Head of Legal as research, preparation of tasks, creation of memos and file management. You’ll organize the regular reporting from directs to the Global Head of Legal. You’ll manage and own the calendar for internal and external meetings. Moreover, you’ll prepare presentations.

**CORRESPONDENCE WITH AUTHORITIES, COURTS AND LAW FIRMS**

You’ll act as contact person for authorities, courts and law firms and take over the correspondence with them. You’ll coordinate and realize the signature process which includes the drafting of deal summaries.

**FOSTER INTERNAL KNOWLEDGE TRANSFER**

You’ll structure and administer the Marketing, Media and Data Privacy Sharepoint section. Additionally, you’ll organize the regular legal knowledge sharing and international meetings. To constantly improve our legal services, you’ll organize and draft internal legal guidelines and workflows.

**Qualifications**:
10+ years of experience in an assistant, administrative or similar role

Full set of Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Power Point, Teams)

Business or training experience abroad is a big plus (preferably in English)

Interest in legal topics and the world of Red Bull

Ability to work in a structured way and able to prioritize

Strict discretion, loyalty and respectful

Hands-on attitude with a solution-oriented mindset

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2,029 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
