Wir suchen zur Verstärkung der Abteilung Austro Control Engineering Services an unserem Standort in Wien eine:n

„TEAMLEAD DATA CENTER“

**(m/w/d)**

**Herausforderungen, die auf Sie zukommen**:

- Sie leiten den Bereich „Computing, Virtualisation, Displays“ und sind für die Festlegung der mittel
- und langfristigen Ziele zur Bereitstellung unserer Austro Control Services „Enterprise Hardware, Virtualisation, Cloud Computing“ verantwortlich, dies umfasst u.a. Display-Systeme bis hin zu Spezial-Anwendungen wie unseren 360° Tower-Simulator
- Sie sorgen für die einwandfreie Funktion dieser Services unter Berücksichtigung der technischen, rechtlichen und wirtschaftlichen Vorgaben
- Sie beauftragen und leiten Projekte
- Sie beobachten den Markt und sind für ein generelles Monitoring zur Identifikation von Serviceverbesserungen verantwortlich
- Sie verantworten die Budgetplanung und -umsetzung im Zuge von Beschaffungsprojekten
- Sie führen rund 10 Mitarbeiter in ihrem Bereich

**Qualifikationen, die Sie mitbringen**:

- Technischer Hochschulabschluss oder facheinschlägiger HTL-Abschluss mit langjähriger Berufserfahrung
- Ausgeprägte Führungs
- und Managementqualitäten
- Kenntnisse im Bereich Enterprise Hardware, im Speziellen Clients, Workstations, Server
- Erfahrung mit hochverfügbaren Virtualisierungsumgebungen (VMware und Citrix) sowie mit Cloud-Plattformen
- Erfahrung im Projektmanagement sowie in der Leitung von IT - Projekten
- Ausgeprägte Systems Engineering
- und Requirements Engineering-Fähigkeiten
- Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse
- Innovative und aufgeschlossene Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägten Kommunikationsskills, Durchsetzungsstärke und sozialkompetentem Auftreten
- Hohes Engagement sowie Eigeninitiative und Belastbarkeit
- Flexible, lösungsorientierte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
