To strengthen our **Medical Operations department**, either be based in Austria, Switzerland or Belgium, we are looking for a talented individual to fill the position of**:Medical Operations Specialist.**

**As Medical Operations Specialist NE with a focus on Benelux and Alps, you will drive operations focused on public access to information and solutions, and on optimization of external and internal processes in the Northern Europe & Alps area.**

**You will** contribute** **by**:

- Transparency Governance:_
- Implementing, maintaining, and optimizing Transparency process
- Being responsible for the yearly transparency disclosure in Benelux & Alps
- Contact with Authorities in Benelux & Alps and with internal and external stakeholders
- Material Clearance:_
- Source Clear Business Administrator
- _- Implementing and improving material clearance process
- _- End-user support and communication
- Project Management:_
- Driving optimization and digitalization projects
- _- Facilitating and maintaining internal and external partnerships/collaborations
- _- Coordinating Medical Operations related audits and documentation handling
- Training Governance:_
- Driving training governance in Benelux & Alps
- _- Coordinating updates of curricula and SOPs
- Managing training plan assignments
- Point of contact for training related questions
- _- Managing training data request for audit and inspections

**I**nterested? For this position you’ll need the following** **education, experience** **and **skills**:

- Bachelor's degree and + 3 yrs experience working in the pharmaceutical industry
- Experience working in the pharmaceutical industry (at least 3 years)
- Experience in complex project management and program management
- Experience using pharmaceutical technology solutions (e.g. electronic systems, databases)
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, including successful mastery of the English language + one or more of area affiliate languages
- Very good troubleshooting skills
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all company department
- Independence - develop one’s own ways of doing things, guiding oneself with little or no supervision, and depending on oneself to get things done
