HR Operations Specialist with German
**Job Description Summary**
As part of EMEA HR Operations, the HR Ops specialist will be reporting to the EMEA HR Operations Manager. this role is responsible for ensuring that operational HR services are delivered to employees and Team Leaders in the EMEA region.
The role will support multiple geography. Here are a few of your main responsibilites:
- HR Operations Management - providing local market knowledge and expertise on the effective delivery of our day to day hire to retire HR processes, policies and activities.
- A focus on adherence to standard, continuous improvement opportunities and providing an engaging and customer-focused service in partnership with a third-party provider.
- Local legislative tasks as appropriate
- Accountable for delivering resolution for complex issues and escalations
- Administrative support for ad-hoc projects and local Labour Relations (inc. EWC coordination)
- HR Policies and Information - reviewing and keeping up to date HR policies and maintaining content on the HR portal.
- Partner with outsourced provider to educate them on KC culture, policy and practice
Providing HR Operations cover across EMEA
The role is offered as a full remote position.
**About you**
As a person, you have a good knowledge about HR and labour laws, especially with Germany. **You are bilingual in both German and English**. Any additional language skill would be advantageous.
You have about three years of experience in HR with multiple countries and for a global company. You are enthusiastic, a good communicator and keen on working in HR transformation and process management.
