**About Merkle**

We are looking for a full time **HR Advisor with German** to join the team in Brno, Czech Republic. **This is a hybrid role requiring relocation to the Czech Republic.** This role reports to our People Services Team Leader.
**Job Description** What will you be doing?**

**Qualifications** What you bring to us**:

- You are proficient in German and English (90% of the working language is German)
- This is a junior position, 6 months of work experience is a bonus, perfect for a recent graduate
- You are detail-oriented and easily adapt to changes.
- You love to cooperate with diverse and international co-workers.
- You have a passion for solving issues.
- You have a desire to communicate and help employees.
- You find joy in working with company systems and MS Office, knowledge of Workday is a plus.
