**Skill Team Leader ADAS Connected Vehicle and Mobility Services w/m/d**:
**IHR AUFGABENBEREICH**:

- Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des Fachteams
- Entwicklung von Funktionen für Fahrzeugkonnektivität, Interaktion zu Fahrzeuginsassen & Fahrzeugumwelt (V2X, Connected Vehicle, Cooperative Mobility Services), sowie Benutzererfahrung und Services, Test und Freigabe der Applikationssoftware
- Definition von Systemanforderungen und Erstellung von Lastenheften in den Themengebieten der Fahrzeugkonnektivität, Evaluierung von Benutzererfahrung, Erweiterte HMI Integration und Benutzerschnittstellen sowie Schnittstellen zwischen Edge
- und Cloudbasierten Funktionen
- Funktionale Entwicklung und Implementierung von “Edge” (Computing) Services
- Planung und Durchführung von Connected-Vehicle Test-Kampagnen
- System Design, funktionale Entwicklung und Verifikation von Fahrzeug In-Cabin Monitoring Funktionen
- Kommunikation mit Kunden und Lieferanten von Systemkomponenten
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Fahrzeugentwicklungs
- und Simulationsteams
- Repräsentation auf Fachtagungen und Kongressen

**IHR PROFIL**:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium (TU, FH) im Bereich Maschinenbau, Fahrzeugtechnik, Mechatronik, Elektrotechnik, Telematik oder Regelungstechnik
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Features und Komponenten in der Fahrzeugkonnektivität
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Fahrzeugelektronik, Kalibration, Komponenten
- und Systemintegration
- Gute Kenntnisse in klassischen sowie agilen Entwicklungsprozessen
- Unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln
- Teamfähigkeit, Kreativität, Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Berufserfahrung in der Führung von Mitarbeitern unter Anwendung eines kooperativen Führungsstils
- Kooperationsfähigkeit in der Abstimmung mit anderen AVL-Bereichen

Jahresbezug: Aufgrund des österreichischen Gleichbehandlungsgesetzes sind wir verpflichtet, den für diese Position vorgesehenen Jahresbezug (Vollzeit) als Verhandlungsbasis anzugeben: €95,000.00 brutto. Wir bieten aber auf jeden Fall eine marktkonforme Bezahlung in Abhängigkeit von Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung.
