**About Us**

We are a young and motivated team of 50+ people, working to revolutionize the world of airsoft sport from the middle of Vienna, Austria. Novritsch is developing outstanding products, working with manufacturers and suppliers worldwide, selling to over 80 countries, and operating internationally. We move fast, and we only do stuff that matters. #nobusywork.

We are looking for someone who is data-driven and has a connection to performance in digital marketing and especially e-commerce.

To be successful in this position, you should use your marketing skills to focus on the customer journey, finding the best ways to get in touch with both new and existing customers using paid performance marketing tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc. Having prior Airsoft experience is not required but beneficial.

**What are your tasks?**
- Working on data-based strategies for Performance Advertising channels.
- Using your advertising platform knowledge to effectively set up targeting based on the strategy.
- Exploring new options within the world of Performance Advertising.
- Creating campaigns and ads that will bring solid results.
- Keep an eye out for the Advertising budget.
- Actively working on creatives (minor Photoshop tasks, preparing Ad texts).
- Managing yourself ;)...and more depending on your skillset.

**Required skills**:

- Prior Performance Marketing experience (you can optimize Ads based on the platform and the part of the funnel targeted).
- Meta Ads and Google Ads experience.
- At least basic copywriting and graphics skills.
- English (fluent or native).
- Structured work & business-focused mindset.
- Ability to work independently (because we don't micromanage).

**Optional skills**:

- Preferably knowledgeable about other platforms for Paid Advertising (TikTok, Reddit, Taboola, etc.)
- Airsoft / Firearms knowledge
- Adobe PS, PP, AE, LR, AI
