**Aufgaben**:

- Projektleitung (Elektronik-Komponenten für Lichtsysteme) in Kundenprojekten
- Koordination und Führung der Projektteammitglieder aus unterschiedlichen Fachbereichen
- Ansprechpartner:in für Kunden, Lieferanten und die internen Fachbereiche für alle Agenden während der Projektabwicklung, auch auf internationaler Ebene
- vorausschauende Steuerung des Projektes im Hinblick auf Zielerreichung durch Risikomanagement und Einsatz von PM-Standards nach IPMA
- Dokumentation des Projektverlaufes sowie Projektcontrolling und regelmäßiges Reporting

**Qualifikationen**:

- abgeschlossene, technische Ausbildung (FH/Universität) im Bereich Elektronik/ Elektrotechnik/ Mechatronik
- einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement (IPMA Level B oder C Zertifizierung von Vorteil) und/oder Produktentwicklung
- vorzugsweise Erfahrung im Automotive
- und Elektronikbereich
- ausgeprägte Führungskompetenz
- ausgezeichnete Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- hohe Kommunikations
- und Teamfähigkeit
- sehr gutes betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis
- ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Zielorientierung

**Wir bieten Ihnen**:
