**Aufgaben**:

- Du bist zuständig für die Leitung diverser F&E-Projekten unterschiedlicher Größe.
- Unter anderem planst und realisierst du dabei Funktionsmuster, Prototypen und Pilotserien.
- Zudem verantwortest du die Führung der Projektteammitglieder, das Risiko
- und Eskalationsmanagement sowie das Change Request und Claim Management.
- Du übernimmst das Management von Lieferanten und Partnern sowie die Qualitäts-, Termin
- und Kostenverantwortung.
- Außerdem bist du an der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Prozessen und Methoden beteiligt.

**Profil**:

- Du hast eine abgeschlossene höhere Ausbildung (HTL, FH oder Uni) im Bereich Medizintechnik, Mechatronik, Elektrotechnik, Maschinenbau, o.Ä.
- Du hast erste Erfahrung in der (Teil-)Projektleitung von technischen Produkten (vorzugsweise im Bereich Medizintechnik)
- Zudem bist du mit unterschiedlichen Entwicklungs
- und Fertigungsprozessen vertraut.
- Du erledigst deine Aufgaben selbstständig und bringst dich proaktiv im Team ein.
- Ein sicheres Auftreten und Durchsetzungsvermögen zeichnen dich aus.
- Du hast sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
