As Data Scientist we welcome you as a member of our TTTech AUTO Cx team, which consists of about 35 motivated professionals working as one team. Cx team provides solutions and services in the area of Continuous Integration, Continuous Validation and Continuous Deployment to our internal product development streams. To achieve high customer satisfaction and a great internal developer experience, TTTech Autos goal is to provide a software delivery performance, which is recognized as "elite" when compared to the market.

You will support the specification and acquisition of performance data based on the output of the Cx pipeline to control and steer the development process. For analysis of the current performance and for identification of potential improvements you implement business logic and support to establish these measures to the whole organization.

**Your Tasks**:

- Understand the overall Cx pipeline and all potential data sources
- Support the definition of the relevant performance indicators (KPIs)
- Analyze KPI data in respect of correlations and trends
- Implement and document business logic aligned with the relevant stakeholders
- Implement and document the visualization of KPIs in adequate dashboards
- Continuously working on improvements within the infrastructure including tool evaluations
- Support and train other departments to integrate data sources and specific dashboards by themselves
- Evaluation of state of the art KPIs defined in industry standards and discussed in research publications

- You have basic understanding in visualization frameworks like plotly, Tableau,...
- You have basic experience with working with database solution like MongoDB, SQL,...
- You are a system thinker, with the ability to extracts concepts from the operational work
- You have good programming skills in python
- You understand your role in the team and how to move people when formulating solutions
- Good command of English
