Regional Site Projects Coordinator

The **Regional Site Projects Coordinator (M/F/d) **is a critical interface role between all site critical departments and functions. This role ensures local support for Data Center Delivery, Client fit-out & Customer management for pre-technical and pre-sales requests from customers. This role is also responsible for the controlling and supervising of the works during construction phase and is able to support directly overall project feasibility studies and act an interface to all involved departments.

**Your responsibilties**
- Support commercial teams with preparation of cost estimates and delivery dates against a scope of work
- Cross-departmental communication and cooperation with internal stakeholders including commercial management, finance/controlling, local operations, Health & Safety teams and other delivery teams contributing to the project
- Establishment of a professional service interface with other NTT GDC internal departments, including specialist technical departments
- Risk analysis aligned with the MoR® including proactive collaboration with on-site commercial management/pre-technical sales/in-life and construction
- Collaborate with the NTT Construction, Commercial and Design Teams to identify cost and time efficient projects deliveries Monitoring the quality of project deliverables

**Your profile**
- Completed studies specializing in technical facility management or comparable professional training with relevant professional experience
- 3-5 years of professional experience in a technical, coordinating function (ideally in a data center)
- Experience in the commercial area and in project management
- Interest in project management and analysis tasks
- Very good MS Office skills
- Very good written and spoken English and German skills
- High level of initiative, independence as well as goal and solution orientation
- Very pronounced service, client and service mentality
- Professional approach and contact with client representatives at every level
- Can adapt and react to dynamic changing environment
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio & Project)
- Confident and competent to address contractor issues on site
- Has a can-do attitude with the ability to improve ways of working
- Works well in a team environment
- Strong communication skills (with internal and external clients) and high level of commitment
