**Systems Coordinator**

ADF International is seeking a full-time, highly skilled **Systems Coordinator**. As Systems Coordinator, you are a vital part of the technological arm of ADF International, which operates from multiple regional offices. This position will be located in Vienna, Austria, although we might be open to considering hiring from another office. In this role, you will report to the Digital Lead, and support the digital direction of ADF International. Your responsibilities will include developing a thorough understanding of all technology used on the team, helping technological innovation, handling and following up data management. This position will serve the systems needs of ADF’s global alliance cultivation and training programs.

**Your Essential Responsibilities**:
In this position, you will:

- Develop in-depth knowledge of all used technology
- Work with your Team Leader to set data health and consistency standards across teams
- Provide ongoing end-user support across teams
- Support the Alliance Community, and manage its onboarding process
- Educate/train Team Members on the operational use of software managed in this role
- Provide regular data reports and evaluation
- Facilitate user engagement efforts and continually optimize platform use
- Liaise with ADF IT and global ADF teams to achieve technical consistency
- Assist with innovating systems with a user-experience mindset
- Support systems enabling strategic outreach projects

**Other Responsibilities**:
You will be asked to perform related duties or special projects as assigned.

**Education and/or Experience**:

- Requires 3-5 years of experience in related job
- Strong computer skills including experience with data management systems and Microsoft platforms and any CRM system
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Strong business professional English language skills
