Job Title: Technical AI Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical AI Project Coordinator to join our team at ONTEC AG. As a Technical AI Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of AI projects, working closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project coordination and management for AI projects, including planning, execution, and oversight of timelines, milestones, and resources.
  • Collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders to clearly define and achieve project goals.
  • Evaluation and optimization of AI and RAG systems, ensuring they operate accurately and efficiently.
  • Definition and validation of acceptance criteria with clients, conducting tests and analyses to verify that RAG systems and models meet these criteria.
  • Technical documentation and reporting, ensuring clear documentation of projects, technical requirements, and outcomes.
  • Closing collaboration with the development team to support the continuous improvement of applications within AI projects.
Requirements:
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in coordinating or leading technical projects, ideally in AI or software development environments.
  • Strong technical understanding of AI, machine learning, model training, AI API utilization, and the integration of AI solutions into business processes.
  • Excellent communication skills to clearly communicate technical and non-technical requirements and coordinate with clients and internal teams.
  • Solution-oriented mindset with analytical skills to quickly identify technical challenges and find appropriate solutions.
  • Team player with independent working style, high level of initiative, and ability to work both independently and in a team.
  • Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
