Job Title: Technical AI Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical AI Project Coordinator to join our team at ONTEC AG. As a Technical AI Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the planning, execution, and oversight of AI projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project coordination and management: Plan, execute, and oversee AI projects, including timelines, milestones, and resources.
  • Collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders: Work closely with clients, internal teams, and other partners to clearly define and achieve project goals.
  • Evaluation and optimization of AI and RAG systems: Assess the functionality and effectiveness of RAG systems and machine learning models, ensuring they operate accurately and efficiently.
  • Definition and validation of acceptance criteria: Define acceptance criteria with clients, conduct tests and analyses to verify that RAG systems and models meet these criteria, and document and present the results.
  • Technical documentation and reporting: Ensure clear documentation of projects, technical requirements, and outcomes.
  • Close collaboration with the development team: Support the development team in the continuous improvement of applications within AI projects.
Requirements:
  • Experience in project management: At least 2-3 years of experience in coordinating or leading technical projects, ideally in AI or software development environments.
  • Technical understanding: Experience or strong knowledge in AI, machine learning, model training, AI API utilization, and the integration of AI solutions into business processes.
  • Strong communication skills: Ability to clearly communicate technical and non-technical requirements and coordinate with clients and internal teams.
  • Solution-oriented mindset: Analytical skills to quickly identify technical challenges and find appropriate solutions.
  • Team player with independent working style: High level of initiative and ability to work both independently and in a team.
  • Language skills: Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
