**Buyer**:
We are looking for results-driven Buyers/Commercial Professionals who can demonstrate a track record of delivery, a proactive attitude, excellent people & communication skills AND who love the buzz of actively sourcing new business and creating new relationships, closing deals and building strong relationships. You will play a crucial role and join Vignita at a pivotal moment as we scale Internationally to open new markets around the world. We are looking for Buying/Commercial Professionals to join the team based in Austria.

**Responsibilities**:

- Drive Vignita's growth through sourcing great learning/educational content for Vignita in new markets, connecting with quality content providers and clients, generating new business streams and turning enquiries into new relationships.
- Optimise our sourcing and content procurement to set us up for success in new markets - planning and prioritising scale content needs for the market
- Carry out market research to map out and qualify industry and customer leads.
- Reach out to potential content creators & educators across industries to create leads and generate shared new business. streams
- Actively promote and market Vignita through demos, conferences and participating in events.

**Requirements**:

- Experience from having held commercial positions as a buyer or in sales or marketing from FMCG/Industry/Tech/Consulting sectors
- Good working knowledge of purchasing strategies, and strong communication and negotiation skills
- You can demonstrate your ability to achieve results through planning and priority setting
- Have good analytical skills; having the ability to translate business challenges into creative, actionable and value creating solutions.
- You are ready to step outside your comfort zone and embrace being part of a culture of continuous learning.
- You are proficient within MS Office: Excel and Powerpoint & HubSpot/CRM tools
- You hold a University degree or similar level of further education
- You are fluent in Austrian and English, and have strong interpersonal & communication skills
