Schunk Transit Systems GmbH in Nußdorf am Haunsberg bildet das Entwicklungs
- und Technologiezentrum für Stromabnehmer im Nah
- und Fernverkehr in der weltweiten Schunk Group. Im Betrieb fertigen knapp 70 Mitarbeitern innovative Stromabnehmer-Lösungen und beliefern international tätige Fahrzeughersteller, wie beispielsweise Alstom, Bombardier, Siemens und CRRC. Ferner treibt Schunk Transit Systems mit zukunftsweisenden Ladesystemen für Elektro-Busse den Ausbau der Elektromobilität an.

Im August 2020 übersiedelte das Unternehmen an den neuen Standort in Nußdorf, Gewerbegebiet Weithwört, direkt an der Lokalbahnstation. Das neue errichtete Firmengebäude, angesiedelt zwischen Anthering und Oberndorf, verfügt über moderne ergonomische Arbeitsplätze und eine gute Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel.

Aufgaben
- Einplanung der SAP-Produktionsbedarfe
- Umsetzung der Einplanung in Fertigungsaufträge
- Durchführung der Kapazitäts-/Fein
- und Grobplanung
- Site Leader Lean Management am Standort

\- Initiierung und Koordination der Lean-Aktivitäten im gesamten Unternehmen
\- Umsetzung und Schulung des konzernweiten Lean-Management-Programms
- Stellvertretung der Operationsleitung

Qualifikation
- Ausbildung und Berufserfahrung im Bereich Produktionsplanung von Vorteil
- Umfassende Lean Kenntnisse bzw. großes Interesse am Lean Management
- SAP/ERP Kenntnisse von Vorteil
- Gute Methodenkenntnisse (5S, Kaizen, PDCA,) erwünscht
- Gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
